This pack makes all the mobs except iron golems and snow golems very fast. The mobs will have Speed 5 which is very fast. If you're a pro survival player or a speedrunner then you can try beating the dragon with this datapack. You can try even if you're not a pro survival player or a speedrunner though.

I wasn't able to kill a vindicator even though I had a full netherite armor and a netherite sword because of its speed! It means ravagers are extremely strong! Baby zombies are very fast so if you don't have good weapons then it will be a trouble for you to kill a baby zombie.
