This datapack will only work on a server. It is recommended that you have access to both the accounts being used. To make a player a top down target, type in chat: /tag <target> add topdowntarget. To make a player the top down view, type in chat: /tag <target> add topdowncam.
One feature is that if you get below y level 50, the camera will stop moving with the player until you emerge above y level 50. This is to prevent "x-raying".
