nazar's rainbow

this is a server utility datapack for choosing name chat colours on java worlds.

it's made with geyser in mind, so it has three methods of choosing colours. the first is for java players and comes with the clickable text prompts.to get the text prompts, type '/trigger n_reset_colour'.

the second method is with triggers. you can type '/trigger n_select_(colour)' to pick the one you like. all sixteen colour codes are used as colours.

the third method is disabled by default, but can be enabled by uncommenting a line in colour_prompt. it's with custom apples that, when eaten, chooses a colour.

to uninstall the pack, use '/function nazars_rainbow:uninstall'.

this pack is incompatible with other datapacks that use teams. you can not use this pack with ones that enable pvp/pve teams, ranks, factions, etc. fortunately, this pack doubles as a faction datapack. you can use '/function guildyes' and '/function guildno' to turn friendlyfire off and on respectively. then every colour becomes a group. there's a 20 (twenty) minute delay so players can't spam abuse the colour switching.

it works on java vanilla and fabric. paper will break it. it might work on neoforge.
