Neptune's Scaling Durability

Neptune's Scaling Durability simply adds a durability display for the item you are currently holding that shows just above your hotbar. Unlike most durability displays, this one scales with Unbreaking. For example, if you have an Unbreaking III netherite pickaxe, it will show you how much durability it truly has out of 8124.
