This datapack makes players always respawn in the nether and not able to respawn in the overworld, even with beds. It also makes respawn anchors always have full charge.
To install put the zip file in the world/datapacks folder, use /reload.
I'd also recommend doing /gamerule spawnRadius 0 to make players spawn on the exact world spawn coordinate to not create obsidian platforms everywhere.
If you're in the overworld while running the setup command you should be teleported to the nether. It will spawn an obsidian platform, like when teleporting into the end, to keep you safe. Any new players joining should also be teleported into the nether and dying should respawn you in the nether. Respawn anchors should become fully powered when placed down and should recharge instantly when a player respawns with it.

Fixed two issues that could affect people's experience
To apply this update replace the old datapack file, type /reload in game, then type /scoreboard players set netheronly setup 0 then /function netheronly:setup to setup the new scoreboard objectives.
- Any lava surrounding the spawn area in the nether will now be turned into basalt so the player doesn't die instantly when spawning. However this can still happen if there is open lava that leads into it.
- Jumping into the portal in the end would take you to the overworld and not the nether if your spawnpoint was not set in the nether.
