Yeah don't pay any attention to that above post. I think that user meant that spawn eggs shouldn't be added since they're always only available in creative, but I think it's at least a great option to have, plus you can easily delete the files, or a simpler solution, just not download in the first place instead of complaining to the creator that the content isn't up to certain exact specifications.
