For Minecraft 1.18.2

This data packs makes the Jagged Peaks biome a bit similar to the Lofty Peaks that were first shown in the Bedrock betas, before they became the mountains we know today.
The notable changes are ice patches scattered around the jagged peaks, and less caves that usually generate high up in the mountains. So now they appear a bit more... lofty.

This data pack is made at which extraction is not required.
