OOF! (old damage sound)

OOF! (for 1.19.3 + 1.20 experimental features datapack)
If player head is placed on a note block, the old damage sound will play! A feature the whole minecraft community has wanted since the note block sound feature came out.

Features v1.0.0
- All player drop their heads upon death
- Every player head plays the old damage sound when placed on a note block.
- Even when the player head is broken, it will keep the ability to play the old damage sound

NEW Features v2.0.0
- The jeb_ player head makes the iconic 'NOOO' sound when placed on a note block
- Get the head with the function /function oof:give/all or choose which head you would like to get by typing this after give/
- Now only player heads without a SkullOwner will play the 'oof' sound instead of all player heads having this ability

/function oof:give/steve to get a head with the 'oof!' sound or drop a player head on the ground to give it the ability to play the sound.

Upcoming features
- You will be able to find heads in structures (Suggestions are welcome!)
- Every jeb_ head will be able to play the 'noooo' sound
- You will be able to get your own player head by getting blown up by a Charged Creeper
