Added CreditAll other "no ore" datapacks I found

This datapack makes sure absolutely no ores will spawn in the overworld & Nether.
This datapack only works for newly generated chunks.
I tested this with version 1.21.8, but it should work with older versions as well.
All other datapacks that I found removed almost all ores, but still ore veins would generate, as well as some diamond. Probably because they are build for older versions of Minecraft. This datapack fixes that.
