Install optimization mods. For example my modpack "OptiMizaPion". So you will get 130 fps with shaders. Or at least sodium + ferrite core + lithium
That's crazy! When I try it in a void world with the lowest settings I also get like 3000-4000, but that's on a 4080 SUPER and Ryzen 7 7800X3D. What magic are you using to get this on UHD 620?
It's a power of my optimization. The main part is modpack, I have one on Modrinth called OptiMizaPion (remove utility mods like xaeros minimap). Then set your resolution to minimal (320x240) and press f1 to hide GUI
Ahh, it's probable the resolution change that is holding it back, really impressive work!
You could also try VulkanMod.
