    I have been running this datapack on a map that I play in 1.15 for a while now, so you should update your "compatibility" to at least 1.15 (and maybe test it in the 16 snapshots) so it shows up more often!

    You must take the .zip, go to .minecraft, to the save folder / <your world> / datapacks and place the .zip there
    F3 + T is to reload the texture pack or the resource pack, not to reload the data pack.
    You must write /datapack <name datapack> entable

    Você deve pegar o .zip, acessar .minecraft, na pasta save / <your world> / datapacks e colocar o .zip lá
    F3 + T é recarregar o pacote de textura ou o pacote de recursos, não recarregar o pacote de dados.
    Você deve escrever / datapack <nome do datapack> ativável
