Prevents practically all blocks from being destroyed by wither skulls. They maintain their block states and positioning

• This pack relies on loot packs that modify 99% of all BLOCK loot tables. Block drops are normal and nothing should be noticeable in vanilla.
• Due to loot block changes, this datapack is NOT COMPATIBLE with other datapacks that modify block loot tables. This can be changed, but you'll need to let me know so that I can change the loot tables.
• The gamerule 'mobGriefing' is not used. You can keep it true or false, it doesn't affect the datapack.
• Certain blocks are not actual blocks, eg: certain plants, crops... etc. These blocks may not regenerate properly
• At the moment nbt is not stored which means that tile entities will lose their contents.

NOTE 1: The image is ugly because I can't find a way to show what the data pack does by using a mere image.
NOTE 2: This datapack NEEDS bug reports and feedback. Without feedback, I won't be able to fix bugs, such as blocks disappearing, etc.
NOTE 3: Blocks that work may regenerate in the wrong block state. This can't be fixed due to minecraft limitations.
NOTE 4: THIS DATAPACK IS IN BETA AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS. At most, blocks won't be protected, but it is worth noting.
