This datapack harvests trees with breaking only 1 block and animates the tree falling.

Put the Real Timber Datapack .zip in<UserDirectory>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\<World>\datapacks (Do not unzip)
Put the Real_Timber_Resource_Pack.zip in<UserDirectory>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks (Do not unzip)

Type /reload in game to activate / verify instalation.
Activate the resource pack from your minecraft menu.

To use: break one block of the stem of the tree while sneaking. Note that no other logs may be next to the log you break; e.g: on a large jungle tree the falling will only trigger after breaking the fourth block on the same level.

Default the datapack will stop harvesting the tree once 200 blocks have been harvested. For my computer this already is a heavy operation, but you can increase or reduce it depending on how your computer can handle it. Please let me know; I'm curious how it performs!

It should be extremely unlikely that the datapack or resourcepack will cause conflicts with other datapacks or resource packs.
