This datapack does not add any global things, but it adds a lot of small and realistic innovations...

Innovations:
1) All plants that in 2 blocks will now slow you down, and roses will still cause damage;
2)If you stand on a water lily for a long time, then after a while it will break;
3)All torch, power redstone, comparator and repeater will do damage if you become on it;
4)If you stand on some foliage, then you will fall;
5)All sprouts, mushrooms and color, if they lie on the ground for a long time, they themselves will plant;
6)TreeCapitator;
7)If you have low HP, then you will begin bleeding and negative effects will be applied to you;
8)If you have a low level of hunger, negative effects will be applied to you;

Anyway, you introduced lots of good things(except the point 3).
However, the point 4 seems one of my features of the McPlus Datapack.
P.S. I checked: your datapack is not optimized... all in one function? Do you know how much that's problematic? If you come in the Minecraft Datapacks Official they dismiss you. So, pls, do /execute as @e at @s run function hi:function1 and put all the main commands in function 1 but with @s, so you don't lookup lots of entities 159 every tick(in biggest datapacks in a tick you usually look up max 50 times to @e or @e)
