Recharging Totem V2.0
For Minecraft 1.16.1!
The Recharging Totem datapack is pretty self-explanatory. The pack makes it so that when a Totem of Undying is used, instead of being removed from your inventory, it goes onto a recharge timer. It slowly recharges, visually indicated by the damage bar. It cannot be used again until it has fully recharged.

Added in-game settings to allow the recharge time to be changed.
Set the default time to 5 minutes, from 15 seconds.

Or add a whitelist to give this really interesting mechanic to other items?
There are a few datapacks that use custom textures to make different "totems" out of non-ToU items, and I wish there was a way to get similar behavior out of those.
As for making it work with other people's packs... that is pretty much impossible.
Also does this datapack requires WASD Libraries to work?
