This Data pack makes it so that after a sapling is dropped on the ground, it places itself down after 1200 ticks. useful if you want to go woodcutting but don't wanna deal with replanting.

im pretty shure that this allows saplimgs to be planted(by dropping them) on any blocks not just ones that you can normally plant them on. imnot shure what the list of blocks taht allow saplings to be planted is but blocks with the #dirt tag are probs fine(youd have to check what the block below the item is before planting the sapling)
