Added the missing 'Wiki Button' in the Worktable.
- There is now a button to access the wiki inside the Worktable.

Added join notification
- When joining a world/server you wil be granted with a message explaining there's a wiki with a button to access i


Bug Fixes

Fixed /reload messages
- The [​Download] button had no links attached to it.

Added new tag to Worktable
- The new 'Cardboard Box' datapack could glitch out the other datapacks, this tag fixes it.
