Lime Shulker Box = Up Elevator :
to activate it you have to get on it is jumped and then no more moved. The maximum distance of the elevator is 12 blocks ! it must be that on arrival there is a Red Shulker Box !
Black Shulker Box = Down Elevator :
Once on the elevator you will automatically get off no need to jump ! The maximum distance of the elevator is Infinite blocks ! It must be that on arrival there is a Red Shulker Box !

Watch the movie. I would like to point, that your pack is the only one instaled, to eliminate interaction.
I have installed your datapack. It turned out that even if I finally managed to place two shulker boxes one above the other (which was not easy, due to the "high jump" effect), the elevator did not work.
I thought it might be an interaction with another datapack, so I uninstalled them all, leaving only yours. It didn't change anything: elevator is not working, the high jump effect is still there.
As you can see: I press Space on keyboard and jump so high... I tried it creative mode: press space and... levitation to universe :)
