A simple cozy QOL datapack in 20 lines or less that allows any player to sit anywhere. (for 1.21.4+)
All you need to do is hold sprint and crouch at the same time as looking directly down and you will sit down.
To stand all you have to do is sneak - like dismounting a horse.
