Simple Multiplayer Voting

This datapack lets you do quick 1-minute polls in your Minecraft server. Once installed, all information can be seen by running /trigger voting.

How to use
Run /trigger voting to get a book. On the first page, write the poll title. On the following pages (up to 5), write the poll options. Once you are done, drop the book (hold it and press Q) and a new poll will be initiated and announced in chat.

Players can vote by clicking on the [​VOTE] button next to the poll option. Once 60 seconds have elapsed, the poll results will anonymously be sent out to everyone.

This datapack works very well for small SMPs which you want to be fair to players.

uhm it doesn't work... I make some simple datapacks myself so I checked out the code. I think the problem is in start.mcfunction, line 55. also above that line you stated change the number 60 to smth else but there isn't a number 60...


53: # cooldown
54: # Change 60 to another number if you wish (60 = 60 seconds)
55: execute store result score .countdown voting.cd run scoreboard players get @s voting

It really doesn't work. Idk why, but the poll never ends. I play on a fabric modpack (1.19.2 and Fabric 0.14.9) I should also mention, but this shouldn't intevene in any way. This datapack is the most polished one. I am willing to wait for a fix (I hope there is anything to fix) than to use a different voting datapack. This is such a great job.

How do you end the poll? I think it's softlocked. I tested the poll and set the voting to 3 to last it a little longer and now I can't do anything. Tried disabling and enabling: on that world. I can't do a poll anymore
