yellow concrete > jump lvl1
yellow terracotta > jump lvl2

red terracotta > slowness lvl2
blue concrete > levitation lvl1
blue terracotta > levitation lvl2
magenta concrete > slow falling

It's works perfectly ! (even in 1.16.3)

Just one idea: able to make more than one level... For example, each readstone block can have a scoreboard named "level" wich will increment of 1... Beacause if we make 3 levels, the diamond block go the player to the same redstone block :(

Otherwise: greate job :)

First of all I apologize for the delay in answering you, I have been very busy and I have not had time to dedicate, the idea is interesting, and also feasible, I should just actually see how to do it but thinking about it, in general it is doable, most likely there will be a datapack update, thanks for the idea!
