find or craft snowballs (recipe at the end of the desc) and throw at the ground. the blocks will be destroyed in a 3x3 area. you can make more if you ask me how to do it.

snowball recipe:
create a snowball in a crafting table if you don't have any snow biomes near you. ge 8 dirt and an arrow (kill a chicken, craft a stick and destroy gravel to (gain flint). craft an arrow in the crafting table. you will have 16 snowballs.

note:
you can destroy bedrock. be aware!

allright i'll tell you.open your datapack folder. you will have a data file, open it, then open the file named test, open the file named function, then, open the file named startup. open it with notepad then you should see this "execute at @e[type=minecraft:snowball] run fill ~-1 ~-1 ~-1 ~1 ~1 ~1 air destroy" you can change the number such as "execute at @e[type=minecraft:snowball] run fill ~-10 ~-10 ~-10 ~10 ~10 ~10 air destroy" or "execute at @e[type=minecraft:snowball] run fill ~-16 ~-5 ~-11 ~10 ~5 ~6 air destroy" you can change it to watever number you want. i recommend not to put the number too high or your mincraft coud freeze.
