Normal server ranks on singleplayer!
Choose a rank out of 40!
To load the ranks do the command:
/function someranks:load

To reload:
/function someranks:reload

To choose your rank do this:
/function rank:(the rank you want)

When you loaded the ranks do:
/team list
to list the ranks.

SomeRanks version: 1.0
MC version: 1.16

I made this for Vanilla SinglePlayer I don't know it works on server.
I have a server but I didn't tested on it, normal players (who have no OP) can't use the "/function" command or other what added with plugins.
No, you can't set other player's rank. This datapack is just runs a lot of commands. Like the someranks:loadranks function is runs 121 command. So I just coded this to a simple:

team leave @s
team join (rank) @s

(The "@s" is execute at the currently entity)
