Classes
THE BIRD
-always has elytra
-can boost upwards
-has strength while flying
THE HUNTER
-gets buffs when damaged to half a heart
-deals extra damage following an shield block
-regenerates when next to a campfire
THE UNDEAD
-zombies and other undead are friendly
-burn in sunlight
-ability to swap positions with closest zombie
THE BLAZE
-immune to all forms of fire
-meat is cooked when held in off hand (only outputs 1 at a time)
-standing on lava converts it into obsidian
-blaze are friendly
-take damage in water
THE MAGE
-potion of teleportation
-potion of combat buffs
-if placed in the offhand, different flowers have different effects - Dandelions:clear - Blue Orchids:thunderstorm -Cornflower:Rain -Sea Pickle:water breathing - Poppy: Fills hunger. These all consume the flower
THE SALMON
-can always breathe underwater
-permanent dolphins grace
-has a lower damage riptide trident
-has weakness outside of water
-guardians are friendly
THE BARD
-has music controller options in inventory
-can play creeper/cave sounds to nearby players
-starts with gold sword that resonates bee sounds and harms nearby enemies
THE MINER
-permanent haste 2
-permanent night vision
-start with fortune 3 stone pic
-depth and nearby enemy count is shown when sneaking
HOW TO INSTALL
method1-
download the datapack and when creating a world click open pack and drag the zip in - cheats should be turned on
if its not showing - copy paste the folder inside the zip and paste it alongside the zip.
method 2-
download the datapack from the website and extract all from the zip into the datapacks section of an existing world save folder
(C:\Users\<computer name>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft)
TROUBLESHOOTING
when you join a world you should get a message in chat that allows you to select a class
if that doesnt happen type /function superhero:player_intro
if you want to change class after selecting- type /team leave @s
if youre having any issues past that leave a comment and I'll try to help.

1. /effect give @a[team=Salmon] conduit power 10 2. So the salmon has infinite conduit power.
2. /give @a[team=Miner] torch 16. So miner starts with 16 torches.
3. This one is a bit complicated and i can't find the correct json code but Blaze should get some sort of buff when on fire.
4. This one would also need json or java coding to do. If you can potions of healing should injure Undead but potions of harming should heal them.
5. /effect give @a[team=Salmon] night_vision 10 2. This could work unless you only want it when Salmon is underwater then you would have to create a new file to code this but Salmons should have night vision so its easier to see underwater.
6. The comment below me had a good idea for quicker mining under water, but you had an issue with servers. with json you should be able to make a submerged_in condition and make it so when the salmon is submerged in water it gets haste 2 or 3
p.s. there might already be a submerged in condition built into minecraft so you can check if you want, i'm not entirely sure.
1./enchant @a[team=Salmon] aqua affinity. so the fish role can break things faster under water
2. /give @a[team=Salmon] trident {Unbreakable:1,display:{Name:" "}} you can make is to the trident is unbreakable
3./execute @[team=Mage] run particle {the particle you want} ~ ~ ~ .5 0 .5 10 60. makes particles when the mage refills his/her potions
4/execute @[team=Mage] run playsound {the sound you want} ambient @a[team=Mage] ~ ~~. makes a sound when the mage refills his/her potions
btw 3 and 4 only make a sound and particle you just have to connect it to when the mgae refills his/her potions
this should all work in a repeating command block besides 1
2. Yeah this makes sense and means you don't have to go back to your inventory- I still think you should always have another one though in case you accidentally throw it
3 and 4. absolutely genius I'll work on that now- no clue how I didn't think of that
