Spectre - Let anyone use Spectator mode

Just run `/trigger spectre` to switch between your current gamemode and spectator mode anytime.

Allows the use of spectator mode without other cheats/commands being enabled.

It remembers what gamemode you came from and switches you back to that mode when you're done. So an adventure mode player switches only between spectator and adventure mode for example.

This datapack prevents players that it placed in spectator mode from switching to creative mode by pressing F3+N. They get creative for only one tick and go back to spectator mode. You can still use creative mode as long as you get it through other means, while not in spectator mode from using the datapack trigger command. The datapack remembers which players it placed in spectator mode and only disallows them from using creative mode until they leave spectator mode with the trigger command.

Setup

Download the latest released zip file and place it in
the datapacks folder inside your Minecraft world's folder. The datapack
will load automatically when the world starts, or with the command
`/reload`.
