This is a Datapack for the Squadhunt Minigame!

Squadhunt is a survival minigame where 2 (or more) teams face off to beat the ender dragon.
The team that successfully completes this task will be the winner.

To start, make a box for the contestants to spawn in before the game starts. Then do /reload. Simply follow the directions given and the game will begin!

How the Game Works:

To make this minigame go “smoother”, the datapack has incorporated a few unique systems:
-World border 500 x 500.
-Everyone gets a free compass. (this compass will track players)
-Grace period 15 min.
-Bastions and Fortresses are more common.
-Diamond chestplate, legging, axe, and sword crafting are all disabled. (this is to prevent people from just mining diamonds the whole game)
-100% drop rate of blazes and endermen (endermen will drop 2 pearls)
-Piglin trades are buffed (same and 1.16.1)
-65% Chance for bastion and fortresse chests to spawn with 1 op item (they are balanced items)

Keep inventory is on (If you die, you don’t lose your stuff).
The only stuff you will loose are:
-blaze rods
-blaze powder
-ender pears
-eyes of ender
-nether wart
-All important ores (diamonds, iron, gold, lapis)
-All leather and gold armor
-Diamond Chestplate and Leggings (these items are uncraftable, but still can be obtained through Bastians)
-All types of helmets (apart from Netherite)
-Enchanting table

Finally, there is one custom craft:
shulker boxes are now craftable! This is to fix the inventory issues. Because the use of this massive storage boost is overpowered, they will be dropped upon death. This means that in exchanges for extra inventory slots, items placed in the shulker box will be lost upon death. The crafting recipe is 1 chest, 2 iron blocks and 2 gold ingots. Keep in mind it is shapeless. (the order in which you put the items in doesn't matter)
