Datapack is simple:
While mining stone you have chance to get:
emerald: 1.1%
diamond: 0.5%
redstone: 1.6%
lapis lazuli 1.3%
gold: 1%
iron: 2.4%
coal: 4%
copper: 2.2%
tnt: 1.4%
golden apple: 0.75%
all: 16.25%

or while mining deepslate chance to get:
emerald: 1.6%
diamond: 0.7%
redstone: 2%
lapis lazuli: 1.6%
gold: 1.5%
iron: 3.7%
coal: 7%
copper: 2.8%
tnt: 2%
golden apple: 1%
all: 23.9%

also drop from netherrack,
netherite scrap: 0.38%

You can suggest me an idea to another data pack in the comment.

Seems a bit overpowered, first stone block I dug gave me: 2 diamonds, 2 lapis, 1 iron, 1 copper, 1 tnt & 1 golden apple.
Is there a way we could tweak the percent on drop rates?
Edit: I'm assuming u can tweak the drop rates in data > stonedrop > functions > tick.mcfunction file
would I also be able to add other item drops to that or would that not work?

This Datapack concept is great and all until you added TNT as a drop >_> why not add in emeralds, coal, and copper???
Helheim, why not add a drop for the Nether to get netherite scrap %0.25???

I thought about it, but mining netherite is easy, sheep farm > beds.

I'll do this drop for you anyway
