A simple datapack that allows falling anvils to crack stone-related blocks.
- Stone converts to cobblestone
- Stone bricks convert to cracked stone bricks
- Cracked stone bricks crumble further into cobblestone
- Mossy stone bricks convert to mossy cobblestone
- Chiseled stone bricks convert to cobblestone
- Polished blackstone converts to blackstone
- Polished blackstone bricks convert to cracked polished blackstone bricks
- Cracked polished blackstone bricks crumble further into blackstone
- Nether bricks convert to cracked nether bricks
Deepslate is intentionally immune due to its higher strength.
Watch out, dropping an anvil on an infested block will crack it open and let the silverfish out!

Honestly, this was just something I put together because I was talking to someone about how there should be a better way to get cracked stone bricks than putting them through a furnace. I decided to go for it because I'd been meaning to learn how to make datapacks for a long time. I did almost no research into whether something like it already existed, haha.
Anyway, if anybody's looking for a different take on falling anvils, definitely check out vibrantspoon's Anvil Physics pack!
