This datapack allows to create end gateway to do this:
Throw an ender pearl on or under a block of sculk while casting a magnetized compass in the same dimension and in your secondary hand to create an end gateway that will teleport you to the coordinates of the compass.
To remove an end gateway, simply throw a snowball above or below it.
