The creaking was just announced for minecraft, so i coded it in.
Only moves when you aren't looking at it, and attacks you.
You can summon it in with "/function summon_creaking" but I also made them replace witches outside of swamps.
I made the creaking heart work a bit differently from the official version, any block can be infected as creaking and gives off a particle effect, you have to find that block and break it to kill the creaking.

The model is just a bunch of block displays, I think the arms are structure blocks, the head is a command block and the chest is like a polished tuff stair or something.
