The Rubber Anvil

This data pack makes it so you can spawn in bouncy anvils that disintegrate anything unfortunate enough to find itself beneath the anvil.

GIVE COMMAND: /give @p anvil{bouncy:1} 1

this is not required for chaos mode...
Chaos mode makes it so that ANY anvil item, when dropped, will become a rubber anvil.

THE DEFAULT DOWNLOAD HERE IS: TimerCHAOS

There are 4 varieties of this datapack:
Timer      -  90 seconds for an anvil to despawn
NoTimer     -  Anvils do not despawn, only bugs will stop them
TimerCHAOS   -  Timer, but ALL ANVILS are bouncy
NoTimerCHAOS  -  NoTimer, "  "  "  "  "

Note: due to the way the anvil recognises blocks, corners have quite a high chance of deleting the anvil, so the more flat surfaces are in the nearby area, the longer the anvil will last.
