The Time Changing Clock Datapack

-- Instructions --

To use this datapack you need to get:

4 Diamond Blocks
4 Netherite Ingots
1 Clock

then you must throw them on the ground in 1 block afterward a time changing clock will spawn in the place of the items

You can then place the clock in an item frame or glowing item frame and when you rotate the clock the time will change according to the rotation

-- Other Notes --

I am aware that the clock is very overpriced and I am open to suggestions on updates to the recipe, also any discovered bugs should be reported in the comment section and I will update as soon as I can

One thing you could do to improve your datapack is to create a custom recipe using basic crafting table. This will reduce the amount of commands in your tick function.
Also there is no need to check all item frames each and every tick. You could use an advancement that triggers when you right click it (with player_interacted_with_entity trigger). With that you could be able to remove your tick function and thus make your datapack more efficient.
Also you can group item_frame and glowing_item_frame in an entity tag as you perform the same actions for both.
Anyway, this is a good idea !
