Time Freezing Clock

I have only tested this on Minecraft versions 1.16 and 20w14infinite, I know they work in those versions, but it is untested in others.
to freeze time you need to hold it in your main hand, it does not work in the off hand.
it does not freeze items, or players.

this data pack adds a clock that can freeze time.
to craft you need 1 clock, and 8 ice blocks. you place the clock in the center of the crafting table and surround it with the ice blocks.\
