With this datapack you can make the blocks snow from sky.
Typing /reload you will be able to use /trigger TooSnow and /trigger TooSnowOptions(where you can change the speed, the type and other options, and you can have access to the commands /trigger TooBlock and /trigger TooBlockOptions to create a snow of other blocks).
