TQ's No Duping

This data pack aims to disable the following duplication glitches: rails; carpets; string; tnt; gravity_blocks. It does this by deleting the duplicated item or entity after it has been created in the general set-ups.

There are various commands to configure this data pack for your world or server, shown with `/trigger tq_no_dupe_tutorial` or below here:
- command to enable a dupe: `/function no_dupe:enable_dupe {dupe:'<duplication_glitch>'}`
- command to disable a dupe: `/function no_dupe:disable_dupe {dupe:'<duplication_glitch>'}`
- command to view the current dupe settings: /trigger tq_no_dupe_tell_settings
- <duplication_glitch> is one of: `rails`; `carpets`; `string`; `tnt`; `gravity_blocks`.
- `/function`-commands are admin commands and thuss require OP.

The settings of the data pack are viewable with `/trigger tq_no_dupe_tell_settings`
