Tractor Beam Datapack

I created a datapack with two items - A tractor beam and a repulsor beam.

Craft Tractor Beam: 10 lapis blocks & 32 amethyst shards
Craft Repulsor Beam: 10 redstone blocks & 32 amethyst shards

Swap them into your offhand to activate.

Tractor beam pulls entities and repulsor beam pushes them. Charges up when not in use up to 500. Full 500 charge will last 25 seconds.

Switch into developer mode & have unlimited charge by typing /function tractorbeam:devmode (/reload will set to 0)
