This data pack adds several new types of crossbows that you can craft & use in your Minecraft world.


--Crafting--


To craft special crossbows, place the items in a dispenser and throw a crafting table item on top of it.


Automatic Crossbow:
Row 1: 64 arrows, 32 iron ingots, 64 arrows
Row 2: 64 redstone, 1 Crossbow, 64 redstone
Row 3: 64 arrows, 16 gold ingots, 64 arrows


Automatic Triple Crossbow:
Row 1: 1 diamond, 1 diamond, 1 diamond
Row 2: 1 diamond, 1 Automatic Crossbow, 1 diamond,
Row 3: 1 diamond, Multishot Enchanted Book, 1 diamond


Automatic Rocket Crossbow:
Row 1: 1 diamond, 1 diamond, 1 diamond
Row 2: 1 diamond, Automatic Crossbow, 1 diamond,
Row 3: 1 diamond, 64 gunpowder, 1 diamond


Automatic Triple Rocket Crossbow:
Row 1: N / A
Row 2: 1 Automatic Triple Crossbow, 1 diamond block, 1 Automatic Rocket Crossbow,
Row 3: N / A


Strong Crossbow:
Row 1: 16 iron ingots, 1 Power V Enchanted Book, 16 iron ingots
Row 2: 64 sticks, 1 Crossbow, 64 sticks,
Row 3: 32 copper ingots, 64 string, 32 copper ingots


Super Crossbow:
Row 1: 1 diamond, 1 target, 1 diamond
Row 2: 1 blaze rod, 1 Strong Crossbow, 1 blaze rod,
Row 3: 1 diamond, 1 dispenser, 1 diamond


Automatic Super Crossbow:
Row 1: N / A
Row 2: 1 Automatic Crossbow, 1 Nether Star, 1 Super Crossbow,
Row 3: N / A



--Using--


Automatic Crossbow:
Fires normal arrows. Automatically reloads itself instantly.


Automatic Triple Crossbow:
Fires three normal arrows with multishot. Automatically reloads itself instantly.


Automatic Rocket Crossbow:
Fires firework rockets that deal significant damage. Automatically reloads itself instantly.


Automatic Triple Rocket Crossbow:
Fires three firework rockets with multishot that deal significant damage. Automatically reloads itself instantly.


Strong Crossbow:
Fires a strong arrow that moves faster, flies farther, deals more damage. 20 pierce.


Super Crossbow:
Fires in a straight line instantly. An arrow lands at whatever the line touches. Even more damage. 100 pierce.


Automatic Super Crossbow:
Fires in a straight line instantly. An arrow lands at whatever the line touches. Deals more damage than a normal crossbow. 15 pierce. Automatically reloads itself instantly.

I've found a bug in the crafting of the Strong Crossbow in craft_scan.mcfunction: for the power V book, the lvl tag is "5" but should be "5s"

Not a bug. When you put 5s, it doesn't work. When you remove the s, it works. Don't ask me why.

Odd. VSCode did say I should have the s, but it only worked once I took the s off. Buggy game. What version are you on?

Indeed. Although after the Super Crossbow hits the first entity, it summons a physical arrow that will eventually fall to the earth.
