Hit a turtle and it will retreat into it's shell
It will move constantly forwards amd bounce against walls, breaking certain blocks (bricks,doors,chests,planks, logs & leaves)
If it hits an entity it will bounce off of it and hurt the enemy.
After 5 seconds, it will come back out of its shell again and act normal.
