Undermagic is a datapack that expands upon the vanilla gear progression by adding countless new pieces of gear as well as 4 new bosses to use it on.


Hunt down demons in the Nether, seek out shadow rifts, and perform blood rites to forge powerful new weaponry. Then, turn those weapons on unique and fun bosses such as The Elder.

Fight reworked variants of the vanilla bosses, which are more difficult and skill-based than their original forms.

Confront the Demon Army after you slay the dragon, a Terraria-style event featuring 3 unique minibosses.



Undermagic features over 100 items, including unique armor like Abyss Knight and Omega armors, and melee, ranged, and a new class of magic weapons at all stages of the game.

Make use of mystical enhancements for armor called Charms, letting you imbue yourself with the ability to dash, burn nearby enemies, and 16 other unique effects.



Explore 2 new custom dimensions: the Abyss, a dark dimension reigned over by a mighty shade, and the Shadesull Dungeon, a randomly constructed dungeon leading up to a duel with its namesake, the final boss of the pack.

Expand upon the boss fights even further by turning on Lunatic and Infernal difficulty levels! These difficulties expand upon every boss in the game (including vanilla ones) by adding new unique AI, including new attacks, and boosting damage. Skill is paramount in these difficulty modes.



The pack has a guidebook in-game, the Demonomicon, covering every single aspect of the pack from the first weapons to the final boss. Obtain it in game by placing a book in an item frame above a netherrack lit fire.
