Weather Report Abilities

This datapack adds four items with actions based off of the abilities of weather report from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. It requires a resource pack for everything to look better.

Item 1: Lights everything in a 2 block radius on fire. Costs 3 experience to use

Item 2: Strikes lightning around you. Does some damage to you, but it shouldn't kill you. Costs 5 experience to use.

Item 3: Gives you the slow fall effect for 10 seconds. Costs 3 experience to use.

Item 4: Makes it rain. Costs 2 experience to use.
