Weather report: the datapack

weather report from jjba stone ocean. This data pack has most of weather reports abilities from the jjba anime. It has a total of 5 abilities, left click is a simple stand punch which changes the weather momentarily, shift is a barrage which changes the weather for a more significant amount of time and is incredibly powerful, right click is a stand block/heavy rain it produces rain that pours so fast it turns heavy and starts to create mist blinding enemies and slowing them down, q blood spikes condenses the air around his own blood to make it harden and stick out of the floor dealing a lot of bleeding damage, f poison frog rain, rain down poisonous frogs getting your enemies low but not quite dead. Use /kill on your self then /reload if you are having any problems. Hope you enjoy!
