Wheat Paper

Another way to make paper if for whatever reason you don't have sugarcane. I got irritated after moving from Bedrock that bone meal did not work on sugarcane and I am not smart enough to find a way to make bone meal work on what I want. So I figured since wheat is fairly easy to grow and that bone meal works on it then I would just add a recipe which makes paper from wheat possible. Its not too farfetched as in the real world paper can be made from wheat. If this is something you would like then give it a download.

Fixed the recipe cause I accidentally overwrote the bread recipe.
