This datapack add a wheelchair

You can ride at wheelchair. It has animation and model; it can kill mobs when ride on them

Instruction:

1. Craft a wheelchair. You need 3 blue wool, 1 black wool, 2 iron ingots

2. Place a wheelchair anywhere you want

3. Sit in a wheelchair with RCM

4. To ride take an item with name "Ride" in hand. To stop select other item/slot

5. To kill entities just ride on them

6. To break a wheelchair just kill it (it has 10 hp)
