Wither Arrows

i make this datapack cuz why only bedrock edition have wither arrows but java didnt



crafting recipe:
1 wither rose
1 wither skeleton skull
1 arrow


idk why but it gives u 8 wither arrows, hmm how a normal arrow can duplicate into 8?
seriously, the wither rose can only obtain when a mob get killed by wither, and wither skeleton can only drop by killing a wither skeleton, which the change for getting it is only 2.5% (or just get killed by a charged creeper, ye u must bring the wither skeleton from nether to overworld cuz theres no lightning bolt in the nether, then u must wait until rain & thunder, strike the creeper and u can obtain 1, ik its rare
