Working Ziplines in Minecraft!

I added ziplines to Minecraft!

This datapack is made more for fun. It hasn't been stressed tested, so it may not work as intended. Would love to hear feedback from people who do download it and give it a try!



Crafting Recipes:

Zipline item: Throw 4 iron ingots and 1 lead on the ground



Wrench: Throw 2 iron ingots and 2 redstone dust on the ground

Zipline Hook: Throw 1 tripwire hook and 3 iron ingots on the ground


How to use:

There is a maximum of 20 ziplines per world!


You must first place an iron block where you want the start and end locations to be. Make sure there is a gap of 2 blocks between the iron block and the ground. (Make sure its 3 blocks up)



Sneak, and right click on the iron block with your zipline item on your STARTING location.



Then go to the end location and just right click on it. This will create your zipline.



Using your wrench, you can right click on the starting end of the zipline to remove it and get some of your iron back.



While holding your zipline hook, right click at the starting location of your zip line. You will start riding the zip line. If you let go of right click, you will release from the zip line.
