    Spyglasses are now crafted with Echo Shards and can highlight ores through the ground for a second when used, Resource pack technically isn't necessary but it's good for immersion or whatever.

    Each Echo Spy Glass can be used 66 times before it breaks, unless you're in creative.

    when i put the file in the data packs folder it no worky, what i do?

    Finally got an echo shard and i was able to try it, both the resource pack and the datapack werent be able to be loaded, turns out u put one folder inside another one so its like this

    echoscope-e2490
    Echopack
    then the data stuff

    when it should be
    echoscope-e2490
    data

    extracted both and rezip and it works, so yeah a single fix and it works, the resource pack was done for 1.20.2 right? coz it tells me its for a future version, well it worked anyway but just a heads up

    it costs 1 Echo Shard and can only be used 6 times?...dude
    at least make it repareable with a copper block or something

    idk, in my test playthroughs I got a lot of Echo Shards from just one ancient city. and they're not meant to be common.

    Nvm, just tested it again and didn't find a single one, point taken... upped limit to 66 uses
