Create a Deathmessage

Well i bet there's one somewhere but i thought.. well in a 1.8 server.. if you die a message is broadcasted to everyone on the server about your death, some are quite funny such as "Hug a creeper" or "Fell out of the world"
BUT THEN I THOUGHT, THERE SHOULD BE MORE! AND THUS, maybe some of the ideas could somehow be passed on to Notch
Anyone do something like
"YOUR PLAYER NAME" was "Something happened, do your best" ("by *something")
also give what happens in brackets below.

MY Example: MineDxDxCraft didn't read the "lightning" pages in the tree manual..
