~ESCAPE APP Thread~

Backstory: You got snatched. That’s all you remember about your past. You woke up in a giant room with nineteen other kids. Everyone began to stir. In the center of the room was a body. Clutched in its hand was a small black box. When a boy touched it the box began to speak.
**The device is severely damaged and parts can’t be understood**
Day 2-
We begin the tests today. They haven’t told us anything yet except if we succeed we will be free. I would record more, but I am freaking out.
Day 15-
It was horrible, I don’t know if I can even recount it. I will try.
We were brought into a room. We waited for an hour before a man walked into the room. A most horrible man. His face was obscured by a gas mask, he wore an open, black overcoat exposing the horrible device in his chest. A clear box with a heart. It was like no heart I had seen before. It couldn’t have been human. Attached to the box were wires leading everywhere on his body. When he walked it was with an animal ferocity. Like a stalking demon. He yelled at us to be silent and began to explain.
“You are here to test. You have been taken from your homes, schools, and jobs to test. If you succeed in the tests you will be released. The first test begins now” the man said turning and pressing a button on his desk. There was a horrible hiss and a clear wall sealed the man off from us. The door we came in sealed. The floor shook and started to descend. Five minutes and that horrible hissing sound returned. The walls descended revealing four different hallways. They opened into the light. The outdoors, and more paths. We spent the day wandering. After a few hours someone realized it was a maze and they began “Systematically searching for the exit” Load of crap if you ask me. Well it didn’t work, as soon as the sun set all hell broke loose. The compound that we started in lit up. The buzzing returned. They came.
**The device started making a hum and spew garbled words. Soon it began speaking normally again**
Day 16-
We split into four groups and each took a different starting direction. My group found the first trap. Linda didn’t make it.
Day 50- They began the killings today. They said the first to be caught each night would die. Robert went first. They set on him with the dogs. I don’t know if there is an escape, but I won’t be the first caught.
**The device spoke no more**

2) No Meta-Gaming
3) Minor swearing Damn, Hell, crap are allowed. Bleep part of your Major swearing. I mean we don’t want to break site rules do we?
4) No trolling
5)Acceptors word is final, but the text in the spoiler is the exception
6) Try to be niceish to other people
Goal:
Try to escape. Your only chance is to escape during the day when you are released. Form alliances, try to survive.
Equipment: You are given a bag when wake and enter the Tests. It contains-
-Two water bottles
-Food of some kind
-a simple knife
-handheld radio

Backstory: Dahg is amazing with computers. He was ten when he put together his own Dahgisus computer, Which he called it. It was made from his broken toys and old computer parts. It runs not on mac or windows, But on his own program. He remembers playing a monopoly game when he was snatched, And grabbing his laptop, Which got thrashed

@Vrass23 Your character remembers nothing, but your character would still have a backstory so If you want to leave it at they were scoping out an area to camp and he got snatched then that's fine. As for your question, you'll just have to try and find out. (Translation- Titanium reinforced concrete with an outer layer of the ceramic tiles on the abrams tanks)

Backstory: Gary was born with a blind mother, so his father did a lot of the work. He barely sees his mother, she always hides in her room. His father has to be both parents, juggling getting groceries and cleaning and having a job. Gary goes to school like a normal child, with tons of friends. It now is the day before Gary's 14th birthday. When he went to sleep he was snatched. So it's the day after and Gary is technically 14.
Strong trait: he is good at calming people down in bad situations.
Equipment extra: he has a stick.
Anything else: YOU'LL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE BEHIND THE RED ROPE!!! *runs away*.
