Dr starlon tried it on the eraser. There was a small sound as ting wings spouted. "it works!" he cried, "hmm.. We cant have you blabbing now, can we?" he asked, pulling out a gun.

Dahg woke up to a open cage. He ran outside and jumped out of the building, breaking the metal like it was paper.

((Deadness))

Dr statlon was calculating. "if we put the bird dna in as an umbryo and a chromosome, the kid grows up with wings. What happens if we put it In an already developed person?" he decided to see what would happen if he put the dna in a fully grown eraser. If it worked, he could use it on himself, get out of here, and the dna change ment his bones would regrow and become less brittle. But what would happen with other dna?

Kayle nodded.
"Wash huh? Where are we?"
He never did have a good sense of direction
As his enhanced bird eyes scanned the horizon, all he saw were mountains and trees.

"we can head to Washington state from here there are places to hide there"Zoe said to the two other bird kids with her

Kayle flopped around in the air.
The fluid that had been injected had effected all his limbs, even his wings.
he flew close to the one girl who had let him out.

Taka stood watching the bird kids fly off, he walked back to the lab a sad look on his face.

"welcome. Good job. Now to get lunch."

Zoe ran and handed the scientist a piece of paper of the coordinates of where she and the other bird kids were headed. Then she jumped into the air"Thank you"Zoe yelled as she and the other bird kids flew off"

Mestaris opened the crates. "your free, go!"

Taka vouched for Mestaris at every guar they came to eventually they got outside.

"then you can vouch for me. Say youve checked em. Here we go!"

"No use lieing scientist, I can smell the sweat from here." He replied with a smile showing his fangs, "But no worry, I want to get them out of here aswell, let's go." He added while holding open the door.

"try not to run, i cant chase after you. Damn experiment left my bones useless.everyone ok? Ill tryand smuggle more of you out soon." Dr Starlon walked out, and boticed an eraser. "someof em died. I got the bodies in here, but we cant touch them, it appears the serum has had some nast side effects to the skin."

Taka watched as a scientist helped free some bird kids, "Looks like someone beat me to it." H said as he enetered the room.

Dr Starlon watched one of the girls pull some of the others out of the crates. "can i be of assistance?" he asked. "i can hide some of you in this crate here and try to sneak you out if you need, and if they stop and look inside, ill claim your dead, because this so called serum" -he held up an empty syringe- "failed. However, if we are caught, i am going to have to blame you, say you tricked me, becuase its harsher on me than it is you if im cuahgt helping you. YOu migh get beaten. I will be killed."

Kayle thanked the girl and used a cage to pull himself up.
"Stick together, g-got it."
He shivered like a Mexican in the north pole.

"Oh no"Zoe said as she knelt down to pull the I.V. out of him

Kayle felt light headed.
The I.V. Had injected some chemical prototype that was supposed to enhance his running speed.
Nope.
His legs felt like rubber.
For a second they seemed like they were and Kayle fell to the floor.

"Not if I can help it"Zoe said as she took out her bobby pin and picked her lock and jumped out.She ran to Kayle's crate and let him free then went to Dahg and let him out.'we have to stay together"Zoe whispered as she stood near them.

"Aww shuddup will you!"
Kayle yelled as loud as he could,
"We're all gonna die here... All of us..."

Dahg whimpered and tried to get out. He rasped out "Let me out..."

Taka had left the eraser in a cage and resumed his patrol, Soon soon just need to find them.He thought as he rounded a corner.

Kayle looked groggily over at the voice.
He saw it was someone like him.
He smiled weakly and said, "Hi..."

Taka was confused, "Why must you stay here erasers are usually on patro or hunting?" He asked. ((Thank you))

Dr ((that is the title of a phd, right?)) Starlon handed some food from the crate to the kids. "Eat quickly, dont let them see. If anyone asks, i just stuck a needle in your arm and tested your blood."

Taka walked past a room with a wolf in a cage, ((Im guessing you in wolf form ot just a wolf.)) He entered "Hey whatcha doing in there?" He asked. ((Taka is an eraser aswell.))

Dahg whimpered at his cage door, Scratching around thinking why he is the one eraser in a cage. He looked sadly at the floor and started scratching hoping he could just get out.

Mr Starlon walked in alone, carrying a crate. An eraser stopped him. "whats in the crate?" he asked. "the last thing we need to perfect the bird dna. Im going to test it on them now." he said, and went into the room. He was horrified by the way the kids were kept. "everyone ok? I brought extra food!"

Taka wanderd the halls of the lab, "Wow this is really boring." He said to himself, he had only agreed to patrol for his plan.

He punched the side of the cage, putting a tiny dent in it.
