Pokemorph RP: application thread

This is a FORUM RP, not a server RP! ask for an IP, and I will morph into Hydreigon and eat you!

backstory: Teams Rocket, Magma, Aqua, Galactic, and Plasma are capturing pokemorphs to drain their life forces for a new, explosive kind of energy. The only three people who know about this are the three siblings Joshua, Samantha, and Victoria(detailed below). Joshua is an 11 year-old, mischeivious, wannabe gangster; Samantha is a 12 year-old police cadet; and Victoria is an introvertive ecology student, 13 years old. unless they find friends to help them, it's only a matter of time before the villans of the pokemon world find them and doom the pokemon world! are you ready?

rules:
1: your character must either be a pokemorph(with an anthro pokemon form and pokemon form of your favorite pokemon); or a ranger, with one partner pokemon.
2: no evolved pokemon. this RP will change it's topic after a while, and that's when you'll be OK to evolve.
3: no godmodding, whatsoever. even I won't, except for my other two characters Samantha and Victoria.
4: keep ages from 10 to 13 for now. when the RP changes to it's next topic, it will be the same characters a year later.
5: no Hentai. this is not over-exagerated-breast manga. it's serious-biz-pokemon manga.
6: you don't NEED a backstory here, but you can submit one if you want to.
